Michelle L. McCarroll, DPM, FACFAS is from Canton, Massachusetts. Dr. McCarroll has been practicing podiatry since 1995. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Pre-Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. She graduated Cum Laude, with honors, and received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1993. After completing extensive training in diabetic foot care and forefoot surgery (bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, etc.), Dr. McCarroll went on to enhance her skills in high-risk wound and ulcer care by becoming a Certified Wound Care Specialist.

Dr. McCarroll is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Her areas of expertise include custom orthotics, fracture care, custom braces, ulcer and wound care, and high-risk diabetic footcare. Dr. McCarroll believes in treating patients honestly and ethically. She is willing to give patients the time that they deserve in order to improve their pain. Dr. McCarroll excels at teaching students, new practitioners and surgical residents about the importance of getting a patient with foot pain back to walking as soon as possible.
